1. No emergency services
Clinica Hispana Lancaster does not provide emergency services of any kind. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use our chat or text messages for emergencies.
2. No medical advice by chat or SMS
Information provided through chat, SMS or our website is for general and scheduling purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A licensed provider must evaluate you in person.
3. SMS messaging program
- Program name: Clinica Hispana Lancaster Patient Messages.
- Program description: replies to your questions, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-up on your information requests.
- How you opt in: by giving your consent in our Facebook Messenger or Instagram chat when asked, or by texting our business number first.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- For help, reply HELP or call (469) 747-3005.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or making any purchase.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Appointments booked through chat or SMS are subject to availability and may be confirmed or rescheduled by our staff. To cancel or change an appointment, call (469) 747-3005.
